On July 27th, 2025, we were invited to be part of something truly magical — the wedding of Angelica & Alex in Bali. The setting was beautiful: a garden by the sea, decorated with fresh blooms and warm lights as the sun set. But what made the day unforgettable for us was bringing our Scent Bar Booth into the heart of their celebration.

Guests Gathering Around the Scent Bar

As the reception began, curiosity pulled guests toward our white cart adorned with ivy and flowers. Some approached shyly, while others came straight over with excitement. The idea was simple yet enchanting: each guest could create their own perfume, a little bottle of memory tied to the couple’s special day.

We watched as friends and family leaned in, exploring rows of bottles filled with different fragrance notes. Some giggled as they compared scents, others closed their eyes while smelling, as if trying to capture a memory in that moment.

A Unique Wedding Highlight

Instead of traditional wedding favors, the couple wanted something interactive, meaningful, and memorable. That’s where our Scent Bar came in. Guests were invited to step up to a charming booth, decorated with fresh florals and elegant details, and explore a wide variety of fragrance notes.

From fresh citrus and delicate florals to warm musks and exotic woods, everyone found inspiration to create a scent that resonated with their personality.

A Hands-On Experience

The air was filled with laughter and the gentle clinking of glass droppers. One guest carefully blended a floral top note with a woody base, saying it reminded her of summers spent in the garden. Another chose a fresh citrus accord, exclaiming that it felt like Bali’s morning breeze.

It was heartwarming to see how every perfume told a small story about the person creating it — each bottle unique, just like the guests themselves.

On July 30th, 2025, we were honored to be part of Andy & Bebe’s beautiful wedding in Bali. A celebration filled with elegance, laughter, and unforgettable details. One of the most unique highlights of their special day was our Scent Bar Booth, where guests could explore fragrance notes and create a perfume to take home as a memory of the occasion.

The Scent Bar Experience

As the evening began, guests gathered around our white cart, curious about the rows of glass bottles filled with different fragrance notes. Some approached with excitement, others with quiet curiosity — but soon everyone was leaning in, smelling, blending, and discovering scents that spoke to them.

One guest carefully chose a mix of florals and woods, saying it reminded him of his travels. Another picked something light and sparkling, perfect for the warm Bali evening. Everywhere we looked, there were smiles, laughter, and moments of surprise as people found “their scent."

More Than Just a Favor

The Scent Bar quickly became more than just a wedding activity. Couples compared their perfumes, friends teased each other about their choices, and families bonded over shared memories sparked by fragrance. It became a place of connection — where scents turned into stories.

By the end of the night, guests proudly held up their finished bottles, each labeled and placed into custom pouches marked with Andy & Bebe’s names and date. These perfumes weren’t just souvenirs; they were bottled memories of love and celebration.

On May 24th, 2025, Workshop Trip Indonesia held a special Perfume Workshop in Bandung, hosted at the beautiful Nara Park. It was an unforgettable day where fragrance, creativity, and connection blended into one unique experience.

Amidst the refreshing atmosphere of Nara Park, participants discovered the art of perfume making. Guided step by step, each guest explored premium fragrance notes, blending them into a personal scent that reflected their story.

This prestigious event brought together more than 310 participants, and one of the most memorable highlights was our Essential Oil Blending Workshop, where guests discovered the art of crafting their own natural blends.

On June 17th, 2025, we welcomed a group of travelers from Malaysia to Rumah Desa, Bali, for a unique cultural journey — experiencing Balinese traditions through our Natural Perfume Workshop. It was more than just a creative class; it was a way to connect with the island’s rich heritage and carry home a piece of Bali in every bottle.

Set against the peaceful backdrop of Rumah Desa, participants were introduced to Bali’s cultural essence through nature-inspired ingredients. From fresh citrus to calming florals and grounding woods, each note reflected a part of Bali’s landscape and traditions.

On December 6th, 2024, we were honored to be part of the Bank Mandiri Operational Risk Group Gathering. The event brought together more than 70 participants, creating a moment of connection and creativity through our Perfume Workshop a unique activity where every guest could explore fragrance notes and craft their own signature scent.
